Default out of office assistance

how do i get the out of office assistance into the tool menu? i tried to
follow the steps in help, but it still doesn't appear. i'm currently using
outlook 2002.

Unless you are using an Exchange account, you will not have the OOA because
it it a function of Exchange. See this:
