outlook 2007 and exchange

Default outlook 2007 and exchange

it seems to work, it brings down the headers but it sits with the "waiting
to update inbox" the week icon sits to the right indicating the full message
is not down and I have to then click on each email to download it ?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, David Cleland asked:

but it is 2003 as it has 2003 owa.

What is "push email"?

Are you using cached mode? Is your connectivity to the server ok?
