I just set up an exchange user called "Group Calendar" and logged in to
enable Outlook to auto-accept/process meeting invites under Tools-Options-Preferences-Calendar Options-Resource Scheduling and selected the first option to all for this capability. I also set permissions for my own Ooutlook account as "owner" for this user. The goal is to be able to have the exchenge server auto process accepts/cancelations and updates so we can maintain a central calendar. It seems Outlook/Exchange will only process these requests if "Group Calendar" is online. I can't get Exchange/Outlook to process meeting invites, changes? Any ideas? RGB |

None. I guess I'll have to have a delagate manage the account.

Users will need to invite that calendar as a "resource," with invokes the "direct booking" method described at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm. That page also suggests tools to handle the acceptances if you don't think the users can manage that.
