hi,
we're using outlook 2003 in combination with exchange 2003 and don't have a mailbox quota. however, there is one user who has a lot of subfolders under 'Inbox' and whenever he tries to create a new subfolder he gets an error msg saying that the folder cannot be created - no other details are revealed. though if the user deletes one of the existing subfolders beforhand, he can create a new subfolder with no problem. is there some kind of limitation on how many subfolders you can create in your inbox? thanks, adrian |
