Two folders in my outlook.pst file are missing. One folder is a sub-folder
of the missing folder. The messages were searchable and I could see them in a list using the lookout index add-in. I ran scanpst.exe and while the utility repaired the pst file (found errors), it did not restore the lost folders. I then was able to search for, identify and move all the messages from the no longer visible folder into a new folder. Nonetheless, I have a large .pst file w/many folders and am concerned it may be corrupted in other ways. If I run outlook /resetfolders, will I lose all my existing folders? What suggestions does anyone have? |
