Well, you don't use Outlook for it, unless you have a mail server somewhere.

What exactly is it you've got, and what is it you want to achieve?

I have two computers networked and what I wish to achieve is to be able send a message from one computer operator to another without using email.

OK. To repeat my prior comment, then, you don't use Outlook for that, so I'm
not sure why you've posted this here. You might be able to use "net send" in
a command prompt. I suggest you post your question in a group for your OS,
and provide more detail. Good luck!
