Default Showing RFC822 "From" header in Messages pane "From" column

A lot of spam is readily identifiable by its RFC822/SMTP Internet header
"From" line.

However, what I notice in Outlook (2007, in this case) is that the content
of the "From" column often has little to do with the actual source of the
message. In many cases, it's difficult to tell where Outlook got that
information; it may be friendly, but it's often useless.

I'd be very happy if I could use actual mail header fields, especialy
"From:", as headers in the Messages list. Is there any way to do that? Or
does Microsoft think that this Internet thing is a passing fad?
