Default Outlook Backup: ALl files, Rules, etc

If I use the Outlook Backup under the files menu will ALL the files and
settigns associated with Outlook be backedup? For example will all my email
rules be backedup.

I am using a laptop and I am the only user.

Not all the files and settings, just the PST.

Yes they will, because they're kept in the PST in your case.

No. Many settings are in the registry. This will backup the pst only and
depending on your version of outlook, backup rules and junk email settings.
You can (and should) backup your rules from Rules Wizard / Rules and Alerts.

more information about backup is here -
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm - there is a list of tools you
can use for backup and some will backup all of Outlook's settings, including
accounts.
