Outlook Backup: ALl files, Rules, etc
If I use the Outlook Backup under the files menu will ALL the files and
settigns associated with Outlook be backedup? For example will all my email rules be backedup. I am using a laptop and I am the only user.

No. Many settings are in the registry. This will backup the pst only and
depending on your version of outlook, backup rules and junk email settings.
