Default Export and import a mail folder with a personalized view in a .pst file.

I try to export a mail folder with a personalized view in a .pst file.
When I import the .pst, only the folder is available and not the view.
I used Oulook 2002.

Default Export and import a mail folder with a personalized view in a .pst file.

Exporting copies only visible items, not hidden items like views. If it's a view created in a particular folder, copying the entirre folder to another .pst file will copy the view.

I have created a view in a particular "Test" folder and I have also
exported this "Test" folder in a .pst file, but it does not work. What
you mean with "copying the entire folder to another .pst" ??

Default Export and import a mail folder with a personalized view in a .pst file.

I mean just that -- copy the folder. Either Ctrl+drag the entire folder to the other .pst file or select it and use the File | Folder | Copy folder command.

Default Export and import a mail folder with a personalized view in a .pst file.

Open the .pst file with the File | Open | Outlook Data File command, then use either of the procedures I gave you earlier.
