I have the standard Inbox folder plus about 20-30 other message
folders where I store messages by subject. Is there any way that I can set up a custom View and apply it to ALL message folders in such a way that if I change that View (add or delete fields, change field width or order, etc.), all Views will be affected? Thanks -- Using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 |

Modify the view that those folders are using and they'll change. An example of the techniques can be found he http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm -- Brian Tillman |

It sounds like I need to proceed cautiously, so I'll wait until I have some free time to spend. Thanks -- Using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 |
