I use Outlook on my desktop PC but would also like to access it, via my wifi
network, on my laptop. I know I can set the folder that the .pst folder is in to 'sharing', but wondered if there was any other way to set it up. I would also like to access my .pst file from any other PC over the web. How would I do that? Thanks, |

You point the laptop OL to use the pst required.
Be aware only a single instance of OL can access the pst and MS doesnt support the use of a pst over a network as it can lead to corruption. "Geoff" wrote in message ... This is untill now only possible if you have a dial in connection or a VPN access. Another solution could be a provider who supports an Exchange account or "Outlook Live": http://www.slipstick.com/addins/SERVICES/online.htm You could also wait 2 months for our solution named "Public Web PST". Here you will get a live access to your PST file on your computer over the internet without a service. You will only need a fast flatrate, but this solution is only available in german language as a beta version on: http://www.publicshareware.de/outloo...chreibung.html -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Share your contacts, calendars or e-mails http://www.publicshareware.com |
