Default FYI -Creting server based outo reply rule in outlook

For those of you who wonder why you get permission error while creating
server based auto reply, in outlook may also be because of Novell Client on
the computer, which controls "Active Authenticator"

Removing novell client, or disabling "Active Authentication" on novell
client is the way to get around the problem. (or having the user domain
admin priviledge surpasses the problem)
