Default Can This Be Done?

Hi everyone,
We have a SBS 2003 and it is working fine.
The owner of the company owns another business and he has created a new
email POP3 account through outlook.
He wants to respond to the emails coming to the POP account using the POP
account.
When he wants to send an email using the the Pop account he selects from the
accounts option the POP account and the email goes through.
But on the recepient mail box the sender appears to be the Exchange user.
So instead of showing the POP_User it shows as if it was sent by the
Exchange_User.
Is it possible to fix it so the sender is POP_user?
The only time that the sender is the POP_user is when you run a Test Account
Settings.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

.....ilia
