That comes from use. It is a function called autocompletion and accesses
recently used names. So if you have just set up Outlook, it has no names to remember. The check names resolution function is quite separate. You can speed things up by using Ctrl K after typing a name (if it is in the Contacts folder or Global Address List). "Regina" wrote in message ...
