You say you have a distribution list. That means it's already in Outlook's Contacts folder because that's where DLs are stored. Or do you actually mean you have a list iof addresses that you want to use to create an Outlook Distribution List? If the latter, in what format is the list of addresses you have? -- Brian Tillman |

I have created the distribution list in outlook with 1 entry. and I have an rtf file of a list of address I need to add. Is there a mechanism to do so ? David |

You can "import" into a DL in only one fashion, as far as I can tell. If you have a list of addresses separated by semicolons, you can open the DL, click Select Members, and in the "Members" field, paste that semicolon-separated list, clicking OK after the paste. -- Brian Tillman |
