also the auto-archive path and the manual archive path are not the same

We have auto-archive anything older then 6months, archiving back to exchange server drive. But it doesn't seem to work. I manually try to run from outlook, it shows it is running, but when I open my Archive.pst files, all folders there but no e-mails archived. I know I have e-mails older then a year, I verified my archive path is correct, I can drag and drop e-mails to archive folder no problem. Why, anyone has seen this issue? Thanks MC |
