Default Automatic Outlook 2003 setup

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro. When our
users login for the first time, and open up MS Outlook
2003 it asked them to set-up Outlook with a server name
etc...

This means that our users are ringing the helpdesk
every time this happens. Does anyone know if I can
automate this set-up ?

Mick
