Ever now and then Outlook asks me if I want to compress my files to free up
disc space, which I say O.K to. I found the folders that these messages were stored in, but is there any way to uncompress them (they're just a bunch of jibberish and symbols), to retrieve old messages ???? |

Are you refering to Outlook or Outlook Express?
Compress or Compact? 'Found Folders' were / how? Version of Outlook? "bobby45" wrote in message ...
