Hi -

When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if
applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Also
include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details.
Be sure to put a consise summary of your question in the subject line, and
the full details in the body of your post.

That said, I'm gazing into my crystal ball and through the fog, I think I
can see that you are using Exchange server and have Windows XP clients, and
your clients also have the Windows firewall enabled. Add outlook.exe to the
program exceptions for the Windows firewall and see if this problem goes
away.

Sorry, Windows XP, Office 2003, Exchange 2003. All to the latest service
packs. I do not have xp fw enabled but it does have a personal fw. I will
try to disable.

I wouldn't disable it except as a quick test ; I'd see how you can add
exceptions to it.
