I do not receive e-mail

Default I do not receive e-mail

I send an e-mail on my laptop to mysef. Sending perfect. After clicking
"receive" I do not receive my own e-mail. When I go to Extra Options
connection I do not see any connection after clicking on "change" I think I
have to find the solution here but I don't know how.
Please help.

Got a version for that Outlook and a type for the account?

What do you mean with "type of account" My provider is planet.nl

POP, Exchnage, HTTP, or IMAP.
