Mark typed: Hi, A friend is getting the Outlook error saying the outlook.pst file is too big. They have deleted lots of unwanted emails from the inbox, and created a new .pst file called archive, and dragged the remaining emails there. Now the inbox is empty and the archive database is around 600 MB. They also compacted all their folders. But Outlook is still saying the outlook.pst file is too big. Any ideas what could be going on here? Any advice gratefully appreciated. How big is the PST file in question? Can they open it at all? |
