Downloading mail to different profiles
Hi
I run several divisions of my business under different domains, How do I download mail to one profile but sorted to different PST folders without using message rules, or have Outlook download mail to each profile that has not been selected, when opening Outlook, while runing my main profile. Currently I have several profiles each with their own domain mail settings which I need to open to download mail, but mostly I open my main profile with the other PST folders also on it which of-course won't download their respective mail because the POP3 accounts reside by their profile !! thks Joao MDS Computers
