Default Note won't open

I have a Note that will not open because it says it is out of capacity....I
updated the .pst file to the new/bigger specs, but the Note still will not
open. I have complied that Note for over a year and need the info (which is
no other place). Any idea how I can open the Note and get that information?

how did you update the pst to the new format? did the note import into it
ok?

did you try file, save as... and save the note as text?

Default Note won't open

Thanks for the response, Diane,

I created a new pst file of the unicode '03 type, then copied/dragged the
old file into it. This was reccomended by someone in these forums. That
didn't change the Note problem. I was experiencing some other problems that
cleared up.

yes, I tried to save it as .txt but it would then only show binary code.
