This information service has not been configured. Select an existing file to
configure or type the name of a new file to configure. This message comes up when I try to open Microsoft Outlook. I previously used Outlook Express and it worked fine. How do I set it up? |

When I attempt to look at the help in Microsoft Outlook, it asks me if I want

Then you need to set up a profile under Control Panel-Mail Icon and
configure your mail accounts. It sounds like you are using C/W mode without a profile configured. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. I have the profile set up - identical to the one that I used in Outlook
