Hi All
I am trying to establish a full regular backup routine. In Outlook (2000) which files, and where, hold the emails sent/received and also the address book? TIA |

Check out the Outlook pages at my website, there's an article on backing up
your Outlook data, hopefully it will answer all your questions. HTH Neil www.nwarwick.co.uk "aalaan" wrote: Hi All I am trying to establish a full regular backup routine. In Outlook (2000) which files, and where, hold the emails sent/received and also the address book? TIA |

Thanks Neil. That's just what I wanted. BTW, used to live near you.
Another small problem I often have: I printed out your pages to read at leisure. The right hand words are cut off. This happens on lots of Web pages, however much I change the page setup in print. Further to that, Neil (I guess you're in bed right now 10:06 am in Aust.)
where will I find the Netscape mailfiles (readable?) in my old Netscape mail client? I have kept those files on an old disk and would like to extract the addresses to build my own address book. Thanks for the feedback.
Have you tried IE 7 beta 3, it automatically squashes pages to print on a page, that and tabbed browsing are probably its best features! Neil "aalaan" wrote: Thanks Neil. That's just what I wanted.
