Hello everyone,
I need your help to resolve a peculiar issue with Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 is configured to deliver incoming messages directly to a pst file. The parameters are OK, but Outlook will not transfer any incoming message to the pst and always let them in the server mailbox. I am using Windows 2000 and the messaging server is Exchange 2000. Thanks for your help and time. Best regards, Karim |

Hello,
Actually, Exchange mailbox is limited to 100mb per user and to prevent blocking the new incoming messages when the mailbox is full, every user has a configured pst file. Regards, Karim |

That's still no reason to have the delivery location be a PST. Instead, you could create a rule that moves al incoming messages to a PST. This would keep the Calendar and all other non-mail folders on the server where they belong, giving you the most of the benefits of Exchange while moving the data taking up the most space off the server. -- Brian Tillman |
