Click here and there will be a list of mail options, including POP access and forwarding. Click on this, then select the option to allow POP access and save. Not for the US-based yahoo.com. When you click "POP & Forwarding" you get the message Upgrade to Mail Plus so you can o download your Yahoo! Mail in an email client such as Outlook o forward your Yahoo!
