Default Sending HTML e-newsletter from Outlook 2003?

I use Outlook Express at home and can write, edit and preview html
e-newsletters easily, including links held on web servers.

Now my works have asked me to do the same for them, BUT we use Outlook
2003 and I can't find a way to do what I can in Outlook Express.

Am I just being stupid and missing something or can't it be done?

Steve

Thanks Sue,
Took some time to get the email sorted, but it's now working well.
