Default PDF ICON

Dear Users:
When I copy text from a word document or elsewhere and try to paste to a new
Outlook e-mail I'm composing I get the following ICON ( a small PDF icon)
and I can't paste.
In order to proceed, I have to copy and try to paste again.
Please help me on this matter.

Artur

the icon is unfamiliar, what PDF application do you have installed? it
sounds like you are trying to paste an object, not plain text - if you use
paste special, as text it should work on one paste or paste into notepad
first, then copy and paste from notepad.

Dear readers:
I found the answer to my problem, it's a program called Scansoft PDF
cOnverter for Word.
In tools/options/mail format if iI choose use word for edditing, it seems
that outlook refers to Word and then the program I mention is summoned.
