Default computer crash, how to get Outlook back?

Computer crash. I can still get to my hard drive, but can't open
Outlook. How can I extract my Outlook contact and emails from my
Office files? Was using 2007 beta office on Windows XP Pro.

find the pst and copy it for use with the new hard drive or windows
installation.

I do a system search for *.pst and it doesn't come up. What's the
