Version of Outlook?
Account type? (Hint - POP3, IMAP, HTTP) ISP settings that they recommend? Using Test Account settings (Outlook 2002 and 2003) what are the exact error messages? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
