Default quick email

I asked this question in the WindowsXP\Basic ng and was hoping for more
results! So I apologize for the repost. Here goes again...

I use Outlook in WXP for my email program at work and home. Frequently
I need to send an electronic document (brief note, reminder,
attachment, etc.) from one to the other. To speed up this routine:

Is there a way to create an icon for the desktop or taskbar which, when
clicked, will open up a blank email pre-addressed to a specific email
address?

When right clicking on a file in Windows Explorer, the context menu
includes a "Send to..." feature. Can an item be added to this which
will "Send to" a particular e-mail address?

Thanks!

Yes these are both possible.

I'll point to here for the first one:
OL2000: How to Open a Form from a Toolbar Button
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/231174/
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm

The second one is also possible, but beyond my energy scope today.
