if it's dismissed, it's deleted. What exactly are you doing and what do you
want to happen? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "XYZ man" wrote in message ... Hello Diane,
I might have not explained properly. I am referring to a reminder, for a recurring event, that pops up. When I dismiss the reminder, the event still stays in the calendar. I would like the event deleted for that occurrence when I dismiss the reminder. Thanks, XYZ man Diane Poremsky [MVP] wrote: if it's dismissed, it's deleted. But remain for all future occurrences? No can do. You would need to make
individual appointments (use Excel and import to make it easier) then could delete them from the reminder window instead of dismissing. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "XYZ man" wrote in message ...
