Default How can I save an email newsletter and auto-respond it out.

I am a former Eudora user who has numerous email newsletters on file as back
issues. I need to make an autoresponder that will email the requested issue
back to the subscriber. How do I save the newsletter and how do I set up the
autoresponder? Is it possible in Outlook 2003? Thanks.

My opinion is that fileserv software would be a better tool.
