Folders are valid and can be selected from the browse list when setting
up Outlook Today. However when I select the link to the folder (like the inbox for example) while in the Outlook Today screen, I get the Unable to find the folder message. Microsoft KB is not helpful for this problem - it only references an issue with O97 and hotmail folders. |

The folder links in the Outlok Today registry key appear to be faulty. Can you customize Outlook Today and rechoose the folders? If not, try editing the registry.
