Default Auto address email in outlook

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to set up Outlook so that,
whenever I post from a particular address, a copy of the mail is
always sent to another specific address either as a cc or a bcc - or
even as a full recipient - how it gets sent isn't impotant as long as
it gets sent.

Cheers

You would need to set up a rule for this.

Thanks - I was only aware of the rules available in the in box
assistant - where would I find the sending rules feature?

You don't state your Outlook version. For Outlook 2002/2003, click Help.
Enter "Rules and Alerts" in the search box. Examine ToolsRules and Alerts.

Well, then , ToolsRules Wizard. It should be fairly evident how to create
an outgoing rule, but I don't recall the details for OL 2000.

Doesn't having a sending rule for that account work for you?

I'm sure that a sending rule would be just what I need - unfortunately
I have only ever come across the in box assistance rules. Where would
I find the sending rules?
