That is correct, I am using this mailbox as an auto reply for a support
e-mail. The problem that I am facing is that I don't want to just be sending out e-mail everytime someone sends an e-mail. Is there a way to track by subject line, so if fthe subject line already exists then it will not reply again. Thanx in advance Brian Tillman wrote: wrote: Is there a possiblity of having a auto reply ( rule ) fire with the original message, I saw a previous messsage that said no but wanted to see if there have been any changes. Do you mean an autoreply that includes the original message? I don't think so. -- Brian Tillman |
