how could we create an e-mail account in Microsoft office outlook?
while using office outlook i am unable to send and receive e-mail because of
the email account so want to know the procedures to open an e_mail account in MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK. Thanks

You must have the information given to you by your ISP.
Since you didn't state your version, you must open your Outlook program, then press the F1 key (it hasn't broken anything yet!) and search on "email accounts." Follow the instructions.
