Default How does an attachment get sent with my messages without my knowle

An unwanted gif.(001.) is automatically sent with each message I send. It
appears under the subject line to the recipient as an attachment that needs
to be opened. It is a very small object that I have no memory of inserting
in any doc. whatsoever. What have I done?
