I have Outlook 2002 and would like to know how I configure my sent mail
that the email address is saved in a drop down list from the: To: line in the email. I hope that I have made myself clear. in other words by typing the first letter of the address the list will appear. |

Aloha Richard,
I believe you're looking for AutoSuggest. It's been a while since I've looked at Outlook 2002 but if I recall correctly that feature wasn't added to Outlook until Outlook 2003. -Ben- Ben M. Outlook 2002 has the autocompletion feature and it's controlled by the "Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields" checkbox found on ToolsOptionsE-mail OptionsAdvanced E-mail Options dialogue. -- Brian Tillman |
