Links open weird
FIRST: I am not a new user. And, this regards OE 2003. I was told to go
here from the Office people. When I click onto a link in OE the page appears BEHIND OE. I have to minimize OE to the task bar to view the linked page. Also, my ISP people tried to help with the problem of not being able to successfully switch identities. I can do this successfully maybe two out of ten attempts. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
