My boss keeps running into an issue where even though he doesn't have
caplocks on nor UL button clicked his emails come out with capitals and underlines. I can reply to him and turn off the formatting and my message looks good until I hit send to him then it reverts back to his underlines and caplocks. What is that? Is he infected? |

Additionally, if using Word as the editor, have him rename normal.dot to
