Ok, I foud it, we can change windows registry to do it.
Run regedit
at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Preferences\
add an new DWORD key "ShowBcc" and set to 1.
Restart outlook, when you click on new email message, you will see the
Bcc field.
Anyone know how to do it without modify registry?
Thanks

once it's enabled via the view menu, it should stay in view. also, if you
add someone to the BCC field using the Address book dialog (press To to open
it), it should show.
