Default Microsoft Outlook is hanging.....not responding. Re-install?

Just installed Outlook. Had outlook express before.
It just hangs. Cntrl/Alt/Delete shows it "not responding"
Should I uninstall it and re-install?

Uninstall/reinstall just recreates the same problem. Do you have a mail
account defined? A mail profile? When does it hang? What version of
Outlook?

Found the answer: From Control Panel, Add or Remove programs, Microsoft
Standard Office Edition 2003, Support information has a repair option that
worked just great! Thank you anyway.

Does Outlook launch when you start it with the parameter /safe?

Start | Run | Outlook.exe /safe
