I use outlook express but want a calendar for scheduling. Tried to install

Can you tell me what to do?

"Tried to install Outlook" from where? Do you have an Office installation
disk? If you are a stand alone user, you do not have an exchange server. Set
it up as a POP mail acct., if that's what you have. Get the POP server
settings from your ISP.

'Control Panel|Mail|Show Profiles', remove the profile and create a new one
with the "Add" button. Make sure to NOT select Microsoft Eschange Server
information service.
