'File|Export|Messages' from Outlook Express to move the messages
'File|Import and Export|Import Internet Mail and Addresses' from Outlook to
move addresses; be sure to uncheck the "Import Mail" checkbox. OE's export
works better for moving messages while Outlook's import feature does a
better job of moving addresses.

Outlook is not an upgrade to Outlook Express. They are independent
applications and you can use both simultaneously.
