Default Rules and such like

Create a distribution group that contains these 7 people and assign
address to the group.

Well i am not the only one with access to the support mailbox. There are 6
other people that need access to this. The entire reason for this is that
we
have been given a mailbox size limit of 30MB for this mailbox. Even though
we try to archive it on a 2 day basis we get lots of big attachments in
this
mailbox and we run out of space on a daily basis. We have tried to get the
IT guys to increase the mailbox size but they are refusing to do this. So
we
need another solution....

Aloha Koos" N,

Why not just assign the Support mailbox's e-mail address to your own

mailbox?
If you're just going to move all of the mail from that mailbox to your

own
anyhow...

Hi guys,

I have an exchange mailbox on server so and so. In this profile i also
have
access to an additional mailbox called Support. So in outlook i have
the
following structu
Outlook Today - Mailbox - Me
Inbox
Calendar
etc
Mailbox - Support
Inbox
Personal folder
Inbox
What i need to do is create a rule that moves any message coming into
Mailbox - Support, which has its own email address, to my personal
folders inbox.

Any rules i create will only seem to work on mail coming into Mailbox
- Me. I am an owner of Mailbox - Support but i cannot the folder
administration button is disabled on its inbox so i cannot create
rules here either.

Any ideas?
N
