Have you tried re-applying the latest Office service pack? Also make sure
Office is fully patched with all the latest from the update site. Also, if you're using Norton it could be a problem with an Office plug in. Check Outlook for Add Ins as well and make sure all of them are compatible with your version. If you're running Plaxo, get rid of it. It's been known to cause this issue as well. Let me know if any of the suggestions help! -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "intelegend" wrote: ID # 1000 Source: Microsoft Office 10 -- The BOSS "K. Have you tried running a repair on your PST, just in case? Do a file search
for ScanPST.exe, double-click on it, and follow the instructions. Make sure Outlook is closed when you do this. -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "intelegend" wrote: I am not sure y u ask me this?
