Hi Kathleen- I m fully patched with SP3 n not using Norton nor Plaxo!
As far as to check Add-in, I cant since Outlook starts n give me that message it as to close! Have tried many time before it shuts down and successfully started the 'detect and repair' process only to let me know it was successfully completed bit did not fix my problem...it is quite frustrating situation! Any more suggestions please keep them coming Thanks again for your assistance!!;-) -- The BOSS "K. Orland" wrote: Have you tried re-applying the latest Office service pack? Also make sure Office is fully patched with all the latest from the update site. Also, if you're using Norton it could be a problem with an Office plug in. Check Outlook for Add Ins as well and make sure all of them are compatible with your version. If you're running Plaxo, get rid of it. It's been known to cause this issue as well. Let me know if any of the suggestions help! -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "intelegend" wrote: ID # 1000 Source: Microsoft Office 10 -- The BOSS "K. Thanks you very much for your assistance ps/ please bear in mind that you are replying to common user a n not a 'teckie' although I do know a few thing about PC and sortware! -- The BOSS |
