Outlook shuting down @ every 'send & receive'
I am using Outlook 2002 (10.66515.6817) SP3, and every time outlook opens and
I click on 'send & receive' to download mail, I get this pop-up saying, "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Unfortunately, I cannot copy n paste the tech info for your viewing! But here an Event description on the Event Viewier notification... Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0, faulting module outllib.dll, version 10.0.6515.0, fault address 0x004cadf3. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. Can you assist me with this problem as I cannot obtain my messages at this point? Thanks you very much for your assistance ps/ please bear in mind that you are replying to common user a n not a 'teckie' although I do know a few thing about PC and sortware! -- The BOSS
